Acceptance of returns is subject to our confirmation; items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your order, please promptly inspect the items, and in the event of any defects, damages, or receipt of an incorrect item, kindly notify us immediately. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). For a prompt resolution ensuring you receive the desired item, we suggest returning the current item. Upon approval of the return, a separate purchase for the new item can be made.
